A training course for the management staff of middle and above levels with ACEG Overseas Co. Ltd. was on from Sept. 11 to 13 and more than 60 attendees including the leading group members and the heads of functioning entities abroad, project managers, directors of domestic divisions and related management staff.
The main training course was divided into many classroom courses and on worksite activities, which included special seminars such as foreign exchange supervision policy, bank guarantee, foreign exchange collection and settlement, leadership communication skills, project on-site management etc. Experts from Bank of China, Anhui Branch and professors from Anhui Agricultural University made lectures on the classroom courses. Three leaders from Anhui Sanjian Engineering Co., Ltd. hosted the on-worksite training course at the project site of Baiyueluzhou residence community. All the attendees have listened to the experienced lectures concerning site management, cost control and brand building and so on.
This training course was with substantial contents and flexible forms, focused on the actual issues and current trend, laying a good foundation to strengthen the talents for the management staff of middle and above levels and so that better operations could be expected for biz both at home and abroad.
