/July 16th / Hefei/ ACEG and China Railway 16th Bureau Group held the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between them at Anjian Mansion - ACEG’s Headquarters Office Build. Zhao Shiyun, Party Secretary and Chairman of ACEG Holdings, and Cheng Hongbin, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Railway 16th Bureau Group, attended the event and witnessed the signing of the agreement. Wang Houliang, Chairman of ACEG, and Li Jie, Deputy General Manager of China Railway 16th Bureau Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties.
Zhao Shiyun extended his warm welcome to Cheng Hongbin and his delegation and introduced to the guests the overview of the reforms and the 14th Five-year Development Plan of ACEG, he said, China Railway 16th Bureau Group is a backbone state-owned central enterprise with mature implementation experiences in aspect of general contracting and capital operation of engineering projects and hoped that both sides will give full play to their respective advantages, vigorously promote the integrated business model of “investing – financing – building – operating” and deepen the cooperation for common development in comprehensive development of railway construction and operation areas, water and environmental treatments and construction of key infrastructures such as civil airports, railways, bridges, tunnels and ports.
Cheng Hongbin expressed his thanks for the warm reception of ACEG and introduced the development process and business sector of China Railway 16th Bureau Group. He said, as a leading enterprise of large state-owned construction industry in the province, ACEG has a large operation scale, fast profit growth and good social reputations and the two sides have huge potentials for cooperation. He put forward his hope that the two sides would take the strategic cooperation agreement as an opportunity to leverage their respective resource advantages to carry out all-round cooperation, continuously deepen their bilateral cooperation consensus in an attempt to realize their complementarity and win-win cooperation and development.
